AET Federal is an SBA 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Firm. The 8(a) Business Development contracting flow below outlines the documented engagement process.<\/p>

8(a) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM<\/h2>
Step 1 \u2014 Agency defines the scope<\/dt>
Prepare a Statement of Work, develop a cost estimate and funding, and select AET Federal as the 8(a) contractor.<\/dd><\/div>
Step 2 \u2014 SBA facilitates the offer<\/dt>
The Contracting Officer submits an offer letter to the SBA Business Opportunity Specialist; SBA processes it and the SOW is sent to AET for response.<\/dd><\/div>
Step 3 \u2014 Agency awards the contract<\/dt>
AET submits a proposal for evaluation and negotiation, and the contract is awarded.<\/dd><\/div><\/dl><\/div>
