8(a) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Documented three-step flow.
Agency defines the scope
Prepare a Statement of Work, develop a cost estimate and funding, and select AET Federal as the 8(a) contractor.
SBA facilitates the offer
The Contracting Officer submits an offer letter to the SBA Business Opportunity Specialist; SBA processes it and the SOW is sent to AET for response.
Agency awards the contract
AET submits a proposal for evaluation and negotiation, and the contract is awarded.
